deposit
To enable payment plans or to ensure the reservation of an animal, we require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of the total purchase price. This deposit amount will be directly applied towards the final purchase price.
refunds
Refunds are possible and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, contingent upon the specific circumstances surrounding the transaction. In such instances, the returned amount will represent the total purchase price, with the deduction of the initial, non-refundable deposit that was previously applied. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us so that we can discuss the details of your specific situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
Conversely, should the cancellation be initiated by us, we guarantee a full refund, encompassing the entirety of the payment made, including the non-refundable deposit that was initially collected.

To reiterate, we offer shipping services across Canada for your convenience. Our standard shipping schedule involves sending out animal packages on Monday evenings, with the expectation of arrival by Tuesday morning at your location. While we primarily adhere to this schedule, we understand that individual circumstances may require alternative shipping arrangements. Therefore, we are open to discussing and accommodating different shipping days; however, it is essential that any such requests be communicated to us well in advance so that we can make the necessary preparations and ensure a smooth shipping process for you and your new animal.
